I am a first-generation immigrant from Bangladesh, the oldest of four and the first in my family to graduate from university. From the very beginning, I had to navigate between two worlds: the world I came home to, and the world I stepped into every day outside. Learning to bridge them didn't just shape who I am. It became my superpower.
Without connections or resources, I figured things out. I embraced continuous learning. When doors were closed, I found a way to open them. When pathways didn't exist, I built them. That resourcefulness and drive has never left me.
Today, I bring that same mindset to Corporate America, helping organizations navigate the digital era by leading with people, culture, and human capability. Not just technology.
